The land for this project has a steep slope, so it was designed with a retaining wall to avoid completely filling in and gain height so as not to lose the view of the sea.

Complementary project of Casita Wahoo, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and fire pit, retaining wall that borders the beach, for this project a soil mechanics study was carried out to ensure the correct structural design.

Beachfront in the exclusive development of Montemar. Pictured is the 2 bedroom/2 bath Casita. The main Casa will be 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Other features of the property will include a pool, boat ramp, palapa garage, and solar energy. The owners have also asked for a special roof design that will capture much of the rainwater during the hurricane season. Construction to begin November 2021.
